Payment Data: Processed directly by third-party payment gateways (Tripay, Midtrans, Duitku). We do not store your credit card numbers, PINs, or bank credentials.

Transaction data is kept for at least 2 years for audit purposes and legal obligations. Active account data is kept for as long as the account exists. Accounts inactive for >12 months may be deleted after notice.
